What about adatabase for the good, bad and ugly dealers. Might help straighten some of these dealers out if they new they were put on a dirty list.

Find one of the newer dealerships, they sometimes don't have such an arrogant attitude. Also, if you can find a dealership in a more rural area, they are usually much more customer focused.
