Default Battery Tenders

It's finally getting cold in Colorado. Any suggestions on what battery tender to get for Sportsters? Thanks!

I like the Harley one. it has the pigtail that you can leave connected, and then just plug in the thing from the wall when you need to use it.

I think that they are all pretty much the same But the pig tail on the battery is very convenient.

I saw one at the tractor supply store for motorcycles that came with the pigtail. It was $25. I'm thinking about getting one if the weather ever gets cold and I stop riding everyday.

Got mine a couple of years ago from J&P, think I paid about $30 for it. It is an automatic unit that brings that battery to full charge and then monitors, it came with a pgi tail that I have left connected to the battery and can plug in for the winter.

Best match on a quick search is:

Mine works fine, but is low output for tending, not for fast charging.

I use this one http://batterytender.com/product_inf...7d90adec68dfb4

Any from Deltran are good. Not sure I'd get one from Wally World - most likely made in China and I ain't too hot on what's coming out of there these days.

Mines called Battery tender
"Battery Tender" is a Registered Trademark of Deltran so you have one of theirs, perhaps manufactured for someone else - or not. They make them under the Battery Tender name as well as for Harley-Davidson, BMW, and others.
