2007/2008 Sportster,

Two choices:

A-Remove factory slip-ons and use hole saw to cut thru weld at outlet to remove baffles only..... for loud.

B-Remove factory slip-ons and use metal chop saw to slice 1/2" off end of mufflers....Then remove baffles/perforated sleeves and all packing..... for REAL loud.

I chose B on two day old 1200C........andI don't regret it.
So let me get this straight; you removed 1/2" from the end of the muffler(lenght) and then removed the baffel?
