Depends on the size, shape and condition. Could be a steal - could be a pig-in-a-poke. Will your condo association allow the trailer to be parked on the common grounds/paking lot?

I have a clamshell trailer for snomobiles and I keep them in it all summer. The tend to bake in it without ventilation so I'd recommend keeping the trailer in the shade if possible.

You first want to make sure it's o.k. with your home owners association to keep a trailer on the premises. You could end up with a trailer and no place to keep it.!!!

And be sure to remove the wheels, so everyone understands its a garage, not a trailer to transport your bike...

Depends on the trailer if it's a good deal or not.

Good idea. Best to be safe, rather than sorry...
