Default Sportster OK for a 300+lb rider

I have a SG and thinking about getting a 2nd bike. I really like the looks of the Sportster 1200C (vs the Dyna or a Softtail, do you think the bike is too small for a 300+lb rider like me.

I would like to mod it into a bobber. Mini apes, solo seat, old school sissy bar, custom paint, etc.....

Looking forward to your responses, especially from the big Sportster riders.

I love my bike, You will need the progressive treatment. Heavy springs.

I weigh in around 320 and 6' talland I ride a Nightster. I can only handle about an hour of continuous riding without stopping for an ice cream cone. I hope the seat I am building will change that though. Everybody told me that I would hate it and want a bigger bike. Yes I want a bigger bike to go ride with my wife but if its just me I would still jump on the nightster.

I dont think a sportster is a good choice for large riders.Softies are a better choice.
