Try this. Close the low jet screw all the way in, then open it 1 full turn. Try to start it. If not starting, open it another turn. If it starts, warm it fully, and turn the screw in or out for maximum smoothness and response. You might also have to adjust the idle speed screw while doing this.

Does that carb have any external vacuum ports? If so, start with the screw about one turn out. Start the bike, adjust screw to highest vacuum reading then back inquarter turn. Set idle speed and recheck vacuum, you may have to go back and forth several times for optimum setting.

Thanks for everyones help, but I got it. It was a brand new set of plug wires arching out really bad. I try to start it last night after dark and it looked like the 4th of July.
