Default FUNNY NOISE...NEED HELP!!!

Alright Sporty Nuts,
I have an 01' 883C that has been punched to 1200. It has a big sucker and V&H straightshots. The other day coming home from work I stopped for gas and that fuel came out of the pump real slow. I suppose my problem could be bad gas, but I don't think so cause my problem only happens at higher rpm's. OK, so now to the problem! When I get the bike up to the higher rpm's (guessing 3500 or so) a vibration-like noise starts and it sounds like it is coming from the front cylinder area. If I let off the gas, it goes away but comes back when the rpm's go up again. I posted in the General Chat area and they said to make sure everything is tight. Well, all bolts and heat sheilds and exhaust flanges and everything else is tight, so I am at a loss. I don't know, but I am guessing if it was and internal engine problem I would have noise at all rpm levels and there would be a lot of missing and the bike would run poorly. So, any and all suggestions are welcomed, it is just driving me nuts.
Thanks,
Joe

Just a guess and you've probably checked, but how are the mounting points on the frame for the engine? Is it possible one is loose, cracked, or possibly broken that causes the vibration-like noise at the 3,500 rpm range?

It could be a lifter going flat and banging the rocker.
