I have a 1999 1200 sportster custom cranks with no spark, I've checked coil, plug wires, new plugs. Pulled the cove for ignition module when cranking there's a red.light that flashes what does that indicate?

 

Did you happen to check for spark at the plugs before you installed the new plugs? Bad ignition module is my guess.
