ItIS junk! Get her a Mustang Vintage. I couldn't do more than 75 miles on the stock seat without a "butt break." Now I can ride until I need a gasstop.

Tell her congrats on the bike!

When I bought my 883 low, I thought the seat was the most God awful uncomfortable thing I had ever sat on. However, within a few weeks, I got used to it and honestly didn't think it was uncomfortable even on long trips. I just bought a 2008 Nightster, same basic seat, and it doesn't bother me at all, so I guess my a$$ just got used to the Sporty seat over time.

For long trips, we use a sheepskin on our seats. It helps a lot. They now also have the gel seat covers with some sheepskin on them too, for a solo size. My friend bought one on the way to Sturgis this year. He rode about 500 miles to get here then bought one at the local stealer and was much better the next 1K miles plus the way home.
