I may well take your advice Perch. I'm off work on vacation last week and next with the intention of getting some miles on the bike during the second week in order to become accustomed to it. Now from what they are saying its going to be ready a few days after I go back to work. Whilst I'm sure I will be delighted when it arrives not having the ability to ride it next week is very frustrating. However, in the long run its the lack of confidence I will nowhave that I can trust them in the future with anything they tell me about maintenance and the cost thereof etc.

I just called the HD guy back and he told me that they can't take an electronic transfer, so that means I will have to wait another day until the certified check shows up. Now it's looking like Wednesday!

Try flexing your wrist while doing something else, if you know what I mean. That always makes me fall asleep afterwards.

 

i was tortured for about 2 weeks when i got my bike..i still had my old bike to ride but it wasnt a harley and its just not the same..it wasnt a dealer holding up the show it was myself trying to get the cash together..good luck! you will survive
