Default Passenger on Nightster?

I am looking for some opinions /feedback fro you guys and gals out there that have ridden with a passenger on your nightster. I was wondering how comfy it is and also with the power and suspension as far as the weight of the second person is concerned? The second part of my question was regarding passenger pegs, are there ones that can be as easily removed as the seat becasue my better half doesnt ride with me very often so this would be only for the occasional last minute ride. I want to make sure that i cna throw it on within a couple of minutes and take her with. I appreciate the feedback.

passenger pegs are only a couple of bolts.but just leave them on,they don't mess with the look of the bike.IMO
Get yourself the progressive suspension,You'll like it with or without a passenger. Power isn't a problem.

My wife goes with me on occasional "after dinner' rides of about 30-45 minutes through the twisties here north of Nashville. It takes me ten minutes to remove my solo seat and install the Sidekick seat and backrest for her. I just leave the passenger pegs on, they look good, fold up and are hardly noticeable (HD "aileron" style, fairly pricey). She has a bad back but is OK on this seat for about 45-60 minutes max.
