You have given very little information, IMO.

Is it keyless ignition?

If the fob doesn't work you would be invited to enter the pin number.

When you turn on the ignition what exactly happens? If with key what happens when you put run / stop switch to run? Does anything work?

Apologies thought that was a good amount of info

It's keyless just have the fob.

I click run and the bike does absolute nothing.

All I have is the red alarm flashing so there is power going through

Put the battery in the right way in the fob ?

Check your connections are tight on new battery?

Have you checked to see if new battery actually has power? Is your maxi fuse pulled?

Again, if the fob is not working the speedo will call for the pin to be entered.

So you put the run / stop switch to run and the ignition doesn't come on, no headlamp, and you don't get the message in the speedo after a few seconds?

If you press the trip button on the left hand control with the run / stop switch to stop does the speedo display mileage?

The red lamp in the speedo should flash once every 2 seconds. If you lift the bike off the stand does the red light go solid.
