Hmmmm...I thought they were proportional to the bike. I can't imagine having a full size touring fairing for a Sporty. Kinda reminds me of the Hey Arnold cartoon caricature with the football head.

Here is a 2017 Forty-Eight which belongs to one of my black stainless fastener customers. The owner is called Bruce, he lives in California and has installed a "batwing" fairing and high bars to create a "club style" look.

I just went for a cheap "knockoff" of H-D's bikini fairing on my 2011 XL883N, it fits Sportster and Dyna Glide models.

Here's a Memphis Shades Road Warrior on my son's old 2007 XL883C. You could get a shorter windshield.

for anyone interested in seeing the HOW TO install of the TCT-MT gauntlet style fairing
on a 2008 sportster custom and what i needed to do to make it fit properly

the video is still being edited and will be live some time tomorrow morning 2-23-2023 on my you tube channel

Thousanddollarmann

this fairing is well worth the money and definitely blocks a lot of wind in the chest area
my first test ride i could run 65-70mph with no problems and i think some hand guards
added to in front of the grips will make this more comfortable for early spring and late fall
rides

I didn't think the Memphis Shades Batwing looked too out of proportion. Always liked the look on this bike:

A forum member named artax designed / printed his own 'batwing' style faring.

I went back and forth between batwings and traditional windshields before landing on the plexifairing 3:

It's farking amazing on the highway. Legit riot Shield, hardware included, easy to mount, under $300.
