Default Fork Identification

I am rebuilding forks for my ironhead sportster. I cam across these. I believe they are 8 inches over stock. I'm not sure what they are. there is a steel bracket machined in to one of the legs, and attached with two allen keys. any help identifying

it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

My 77 XLH1000 has the same exact sliders. They are KAYABA 35mm. Get a rebuild kit (seals & drain copper crush gaskets,) 10w fork oil and pull em apart. Those extended fork tubes are trashed along with the bearings. Triple tree and sliders can be cleaned up to look respectful.

Here's my Kayaba forks hand polished.

If you are going to run the 8" over tubes, you would do well by adding a fork brace. (Is Forking by Frank still in business?)
