If you use synthetic oil switching to dino oil will help quiet down the top end as well. Owning a sporster has really made me less anxious about engine noises as the sportster makes all kinds of sounds I would have thought not normal in the past but my bike has never let me down so I have gotten used to it.

As long as oil is circulating and oil temps are not getting high I think you are OK. If by the front pulley you mean the secondary drive pulley (driving the belt) that is likely the clutch . I had issues with noise coming from the front sprocket when the engine warmed up which was the clutch being set too tight causing the clutch plates to stick as the engine heated up.

If you are using genuine hd oil in the engine and tranny I think you're OK. 'Noise around the front pulley' has me confused. How are you isolating the noise please? By ear or some other type of listening device? A mechanic once told me if the noise gets louder when the engine gets hot, or when the rpms increase, that's a red flag. Otherwise, no worry.

Im not sure if the noise getting louder when the rpm is higher..i still riding the bike for more 2 hour after it makes noise and no problem..but i check to the mechanic and replace oil pump and tappet, but still come the noise after 10mnt ..i check the oil and its circulating..but again the pressure showed on gauge drop and the noise comeback..and i can hear the noise without any tools..

when the engine just start, there is no noise coming from around front pulley
What do you mean by front PULLEY? Your comments seem to be about noise in the front area of the engine. Do you mean the engine/crankshaft SPROCKET? The SPROCKET that connects through the PRIMARY CHAIN with the clutch hub SPROCKET to drive the clutch hub?
I have read about the nut coming loose on the engine/crankshaft SPROCKET, but you must remove the CHAINCASE cover to check it.
The front PULLEY is usually referring to the transmission OUTPUT SHAFT PULLEY, which uses a belt to drive the rear wheel PULLEY. Unless you have final CHAIN drive, then SPROCKETS and a CHAIN are used.
Pro Tip: Using the best descriptive and correct terminology really helps others help you to diagnose your problem. No bonus points for being vague or cryptic in your descriptions.
