I think they are getting less popular. they are everywear you look cloths shoes swimsuits on everything ina year or so you wont see them anymore.

 

Skulls and flames are cool. Everyone is looking to individualize but they will come back.

 

I find them kinda "old and busted", still cool, but way overused.

 

Played out.Just my opinion though put what you like.

 

My 4 y/o loved the HD Skulls so I figured why not. I've got foot pegs, shifter, grips, A/C insert, Timer Cover, & gas cap so far. Probably do the derby cover when I do the 5K maintenance...I'm not fightin with that quad ring again. May add the mirrors so hopefully I can see past my shoulders.

I'm on the fence about the front and rear axle covers. My luck as soon as I put them on I will need access to the bolts while Im on the road somewhere and won't have the allen wrench with me.

 

I was going to go with the HD skull stuff... but I didnt.
I will say, nothing beats a good Skull paint job.

I am into the skulls, have the shifter peg, gas cap, grips, front axel covers, skull rear pegs, liscense plate bolts, and if I get it painted I am having it incorperated into the scheme.
