Default Looking for info on a 1990 custom Sportster for WI fall ride

Hi guys. This last summer I was able to purchase a 1990 Sportster that was custom made for the Tomahawk Fall Ride (Colorama) in Wisconsin. My father had actually won the bike in 1990 in the annual raffle and it was actually the first bike they ever raffled. My father had to sell it back in the 90's and due to some very lucky circumstances I was able to purchase it back recently. It is in good shape for being 30 years old with about 30,000 on it. Everything is original from what I can tell aside from a Screaming Eagle exhaust and the windshield. Apparently these bikes are custom painted ect for the event. It also has Willie G's signature on the front fender. I was hoping someone out there could point me in some direction to find out more info on it. I contacted local shops in the WI area with little luck. Thanks for any help!

\"Thanks for supporting MDA....Willie G"

I owned a 1991, which was the first year for belt drive and a 5 speed transmission. I like the laced wheels, front and back on yours. Thats all I have.

Sounds like you know as much as there is to know about the bike. Definitely a cool thing to own considering your history with it.

Thanks for the compliments. Its a long shot, but was just kind of hoping someone out there might have some pictures or info from the event ect... My dad had pictures taken with Willie but we were never able to track them down.

Willie attends many events and signs a LOT of stuff. You could bring the bike down to a bike night some Thursday in the summer at the Museum and chances are you'll see him and you can get another signature. I'm sure he would get a kick out of seeing the bike. But he's getting on in years and not out there as much as he used to be.
