Anybody ever see a Center Stand on a Sporty?
Would a centerstand work on a Sportster? Is there any place to get one? I've seen them on similar sized and weight bikes and if designed right they work OKay.

You ain't lived until you've try to lift a 600 lb bike onto it's centerstand and hear that pop of your back's L3.

I think it would be just wrong to have one on a Sporty;
BMW-yes
HD-no
also, no GPS, radio, compass, CB, intercom, or other gadgets...I"m still overwhelmed that my '07 has a clock built into the spedo....!

There is a company in Burlington, Wisconsin called Rivco. They make center stands for the E Glides. They have a web site so try them.

They're handy for doing adjustments and more secure storage and weight off tires. Lifting the bike?...nope.....got to rock it back and forth and then with momentum andfoot lever it up/on to stand. Kawa 750 Intruders had a c-stand and weighed about the same as Sporty. Convenient actually....I'll try to find Rivco, thanx.
