Default Dumb mistake, brass collar ID on Keihin CV carb

Alright, this brass collar fell out of the carb, no idea where from and I can't identify it in parts diagrams. There are 2 collars like it in the diagram, 1 on the butterfly actuator, and 1 that acts as a shoulder for a diaphragm cover screw. I've taken my carb apart before, but never seen this brass piece in my travels. Does anyone recognize it or recall where it goes?

Probably a dumb question I know. Been running a Lectron for the last 2 years and switched back to CV last week, I think I forgot everything I knew about the stock carb. Rebuilding the CV with a kit as a precaution, I'm looking for a worry free summer from my carb for once.

SOLVED. Mods, feel free to delete.

Tough to tell from the parts diagram, but the 2 screws on the throttle cable side of the carb have shoulders, likely to avoid too much stress on the composite diaphragm lid. One of the screws is an integrated shouldered screw, and one of the screws uses that pictured brass sleeve as a shoulder. Inlet side (and right/throttle cable side) is the integrated shoulder screw, and the outlet side uses the brass shoulder sleeve which gets sandwiched between the throttle cable stay bracket and the diaphragm lid.

PHEW. Very wordy to describe sorry.
