Rusty the Sportster Restoration
Hey, I recently bought a sportster that was left without love for a few years near the sea after few weeks managed to convince him to sell it to me.
Its a 2019 sportster 883 with only around 8k km.
Picked up the bike, arrived home (it was quite a nightmware to lift it up and put it on a trailer since both wheels were seized) and tried starting the engine, checked that it is not seized and started the engine. Noticed that throttle was jammed so spent the day ramoving the air cleaner, opening and closing the throttle body wheel and opened the leaver screws and putting in lots of wd40 to loosen it up. Also sprayed rustoff on all bolts with the hope of loosing a few of them.

That looks like a lot of work.... Do you have a product called Evapo-Rust in Malta? You may want to look into it. Or a similar product available where you are. It might help you.
