My wife to be, decided on her own last year, to learn to ride. She had ridden with me for three years and wanted to try her luck. I bought her a 125 Kawasaki and she took the safety course thru our state. She put 700 miles on that 125 in November and Decemberlast year. Bought herself a 2007 XL1200R in Feb. of this year. Now has 3500 miles on the sporty. Can't keep her off it. She is now my official riding buddy. By the way we are both 55 yrs old. I have been ridingsince 16. Good luck to all new riders of either sex.
