definitely not. That for a shovel. This appears to be an aftermarket production seat for 86-03 sportsters.

To me, it resembles an 'enhanced' or 'modified' version of the Mustang Tripper Fastback tuck & roll seat.

Something remotely close would be a LePera Silhouette. They have several versions of the seat. The one pictured is the 2-Up. You can order direct and customize the seat. They are in SoCal. I don't have that seat but have a different one on my '11 Custom.
