took my son for his first harley ride today..
today was my sons 7th birthday and i decided it was time to take him out on the bike..he was smiles ear to ear..and we stopped at a stop sign and he said--dad this is more fun than a roller coaster..its always a nice feeling to see my son so happy..now he keeps askin to go for antother ride..a might have created a monster...

That's really awesome man. I told my wife as soon as my 4 yr. old son's legs are long enough to reach the pegs we're going for a ride. I've already let him sit between my legs in front of the gas tank andso he canride with meinto the garage from the end of the driveway when I put the bike away. He loves it. These are moments to be cherished by all the Harley riding dads out there. Good for you guy.

Man I know what your talking about . When my son was about that age I took him for a ride one day , that night my wife jumped on me for the burns on his leg , I knew nothing about it , so when I asked him about it , he didnt want to tell me about it because he was scared I wouldnt let him ride any more . He is now 13 constenly riding his dirt bikes & dreaming of his first Harly . If I ever outgrow mine maby he can have it & I can get a new one .

oh and by the way thats my friend bobs(the one who passed away) 69 chevy shortbed stepside in the background..ive already done alot of work to it..as you can see i have the rear fenders off right now..i need new ones(a little to much rust on them) and the floor is out of the bed too..i have teak to replace that..its gonna be a while before its done but will be mine to cherish in bobs memory...
