RE: Nightster Dayster Pics
There has been some slight blueing under the heat shield. However, my bike was run pretty hard on the dyno after the pipes were installed. I could have gonewith a solid heat shield to cover this, but I like the look of the laser drilled. If you check under the "Wet Dreamz" exhaust section, you will see a version that is made for the 07 EFI models. Ben is a great guy to work with... If you call him, he would be happy to answer any questions.

I got one more question for you, Highdesertkid. Do you have any pictures of the bike from the side of where the pipes are that are from a little further away so that i can really get an idea of the whole picture................ok fine, I am also gonna save a copy of the pitcture in my "sweet bike folder" on my desktop. If not, no worries, just really like the look of this.

One question Desert Kid and any others with pipes that ride above the foot pegs. Doesn't that scorch you leg while your driving? I mean the stock pipes get pretty hot and they're under my feet. I love the look of those pipes, you've really go me thinking about the nightmarez - but I like to ride my bike every day and it seems like that would be uncomfortable especially on a long ride.

With the position of the foot pegs/forward controls, my leg really doesn't sit very near the pipes. If anything, there is less heat with this set-up than with the stock pipes and controls. However, I do believe that this exhaust would not be very passenger friendly. That's okay though... just another excuse for me to hold on to my solo ride a littlelonger [8D]
