RE: Rate my Spark Plugs (Photo)
The plugs are swapped in the picture. The plug on the Right in the bottom pic is the plug on the left in the top picture. I am going to guess this is your plug from the rear jug?? The don't look milk chocolate tan to me. But I am not so sure that I can really tell.. OFG??

I'd say about right, looking at the insulator here more than anything on a plug this close to being perfect. I'd judge it to be about an 11 or 19in the link photos.

My @)#$*# computer monitor self destructed, and while waiting for a new one to arrive I've hooked up an old 15" "No Name" monitor I had laying around.
On this monitor everything looks dark, so I can't tell a thing by looking at the above pictures. LoL...
Anyway, here is another site with good pictures of sparkplugs in various condition that might help.
You can match the color of the plugs in the pictures and get an idea if they are 'as they should be'...

Yes they were swapped in the photo.
This is good news because after removing my baffles from the SE II's I was worried about the bike running lean.
I cleaned them (They were black the first time - running a little rich) and put 300 miles on the bike and they look like they are now.
Thanks and these forums are a godsend when it comes to information and good people willing to help!

Plugs look about right with the amount of miles you have on them after cleaning. What kind of mileage are you getting? I do a little trick to my exhaust to help me know how the tune is on my bike. I have the cycle shack slash cut mufflers on my bike. I regularly clean the inside of the pipes at the ends. In so doing, I am able to tell the state of the cylinders and the firing.Too much carbon build up indicates a too rich condition, too little and, its too lean. I like to see a little carbon build up over a period of time. I take that into consideration along with all the other usual things to know how the bike is running.
