go with the iron cylinder heads and you wont have any problems with wall weakness , you will have to have the case's bored for a 80,88, or 90 inch conversion.so make sure you find the right place for the job.

 

Zipper's makes a 100 in. kit for sporties. If your lookin to blow your buddies away, I would guess this is the way!
