Default Extended Service Warranty Transfer

I have 6 years of ESW and I want to pay off and sell my bike hopefully a lot sooner...will my warranty transfer to a new owner? if you may be wondering why i am so anxious to pay off and sell, the reason is though I am not a fan of the new sportster S I am with its engine and the tech and I want to be ready when they put it in something that tickles my gander...

Do you have the Harley-Davidson® factory-approved Extended Service Plan?

EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN

CONTRACT TRANSFER
Should you ever decide to sell your motorcycle, you can transfer any remaining coverage to the next owner. This can easily increase resale value.

Didn't you just buy the bike you have? How many miles have you put on the current bike? The new Sportster, not the "S" model, will most likely have the liquid cooled engine. So what? It is not some earth shattering new technology. Liquid cooled bikes have been around for decades. Regardless, if you want to join the Liquid Cooled bike crowed, (I have one) there are many better choices than a HD

My $.02 worth, is ride what you have of 5-10 thousand miles or until you've paid it off, and then keep it and buy a second (non-HD) bike that has decades of Liquid Cooling in it's DNA

Good luck.

I'd personally wait a couple years before buying that's what I plan on doing. its a new frame and engine it's probably going to have a few bugs to work out. And that's time your not riding unless you have a second bike. The bike you have now is very well vented and very reliable. Ride it for a couple years and see were these new bikes go you never know they might come out with one you like even better. In the end it's your money so do what you got to do.
