Not sure if there is a post about Sportster seat options out there but looking to upgrade. Stock seat on an 04 Roadster is good for about an hour then me bum hurts.
Would like a one piece 2 up for the few times i ride with a passenger. Thinking the Mustang Fastback or Tripper Fastback. Any one have experience with either or if you have one for sale? I'm cheap so used is always good :-)

I know what you mean . I also have an 04 Roadster . I might get round to changing the seat at some point but I want to keep the bike looking original . Got any pictures ?

 

I am using a Saddlemen Dual tour gel.....the only comparable seat I have ever used was a Corbin Dual tour but it cost twice as much. Kind of hard but they are contoured almost perfectly for my butt. I'm not a fan of Mustangs......

I found that Sundowner 2-up seat exists with two different part numbers. One for 2.2-3.3 gal tank models, another for 4,5 gal model.
Does is make compatibility difference, or just visual appearance of the saddle front end: one narrower, another wider?

 

I have had a mustang on my roadstar a saddleman on my warrior a sundowner on my vrod and a sundowner on the sporty. Notice the sundowner is the one i bought more then once.
