Default Simon tank covers. Any good?

Anyone have any experience with this company. Seems sort of cool! Especially to try something before committing to paint.

This just popped up on my Instagram feed today. I'm wondering if it scratches your tank when you take it on and off though? I'm not in the market for something like this but seems like a great option if your tank was damaged and needed an inexpensive "fix".

yeah apparently it has a velvet like liner. To avoid scratching. I’d love one just for the visual change every now and then. Only issue is they are out of South America. So not sure what shipping would be like.

Those look pretty cool, and in the video you can see it's lined. What a great idea to cover a dented tank, or just to change it up. I'd like to try some version of "British Racing Green" on the tank if they are custom painted. I always thought a Sportster would look awesome in black and BRG. What's the damages to order one?

You can enter a zip code on the order page. I tried various US zip codes and looks like $39 for US.

wow not bad!! I may try it. I like a lot of their pre-painted ones. Love the white with black writing. Would work well with my bike I think.

Very cool idea! Looks like they only support the 3.5 gal tanks.

They list the 48 as a bike they support.

Default Scam!

For me Simon Tank Cover is Scam! I commissioned a custom tank cover for more than $400... first I wasn't given an answer for months, then I was sent pictures that weren't satisfactory, but it was simply sent to me and I had to pay high import duties for something I didn't want to, they got the tank cover back as a return but now they don't want to give me any money or a product! I am disappointed and can advise anyone not to order anything through SimonKustom.
