This is not my video but my bike sounds exactly like this. I was going to replace lifters and pushrods to see if that will help, but figured I'd ask the Hive mind their take. What does this sound like? Thanks in advance

That's got to be a single stuck lifter I reckon .

 

I’m too lazy to copy and paste, but there is zero reason to replace the pushrods. Unless they are bent and if that was the case you’d have bigger problems
