Anyone ever take off their stock foam and put new stuff in?

Not me, but try an upholstery shop. They got or can get foam.

 

had it done at r.o.t. rally .spent 130.00.worth doing.they used that memory foam.

 

is it just a layer or an entire new foam seat?

 

you need to cut out the old foam where you want to put the new in, use the best hospital grade foam you can find the less resistance/stiffer it is the better. cut it just a hair bigger than what you cut out it will compress....

I wouldnt think about it..... you can send a message and ask the seller, I got my last foam off ebay for 7 bucks.
