Brawler seat and power commander?

Brawler seat and power commander?
Anyone know if this combination would work?
I had to buy the PCIII this week because I bought my nightster with dealer installed d&d fat cat 2 into 1 pipes and the se a/c. Needless to stay it wasn't running right with the se stage 1 download.
Would like to get the brawler, but would hate to spend 300 bucks to find it not fit.
