Headlight mount

Recently bought this used 2005 883 and it has this headlight mount that attaches to the forks and covers the whole area between triple trees. Anyone know the brand? I kind of love it. Just have never seen it before.

Looks like this one. If the part number is correct, its a Harley piece. #67971-04
