I'm trying to decide between Saddlemen's Step Up and LePera's Kickflip for my Iron 1200. Although I prefer those styles, my main preference is having a seat that pushes me more forward than my stock HD Cafe Solo seat that way I can reach my highway bars better. If its neither of the two I mentioned, what is my best option?

 

I'm in the same boat as you. After a lot of searching around I opted for the stock 883 Iron seat. Positioning is about perfect, appx 2" forward of the cafe seat. Go on the HD website and look at both models, and the positioning of where your butt would be on both seats in relation to the top bolt of the rear shocks. You'll see what I mean
