I bought my ride at Charlton HD Mantua,Ohio.I went to 6 dealer's in the Cleveland area and they had the 883r I was looking for.So I bought it there.It is about 50 miles from my house so my ride home in March 2003 was long,slow and cold.I now got to Cleveland MotorSales Cleveland,Ohio.It is 10 minutes away and they are fine.The service is kinda slow.They had my ride for 10 days waiting to get bushings for my chrome swingarm. Overall I'd give them a 7
