Who Is Your Dealer?

RE: Who Is Your Dealer?
Thunderbird Harley Davidson
Albuquerque, NM
I'd give them a 9. It was Chick's for a long time and he never bothered to pony up the money to start a HOG chapter. The new owner did. I have only bought my sporty and a few parts. Trying to avoid service due to the high costs, All in all, it's a gret dealership. Check the site. www.thunderbirdhd.com

RE: Who Is Your Dealer?
Destination Harley (Both Tacoma and Puyallup)
Sales - 10
Parts & Accessories - 10
Service - 10
I have had extremely good experiences at both of these dealerships. Friendly helpful people, good knowledgeable service and parts departments. They are a Credit to Ed, Jr., the owner. He really seems to care and runs two great stores. I bought my bike at Puyallup, but have just stopped by Tacoma with concerns, and they have literally dropped everything to address those concerns. Both service departments are very helpful. I've not been told one single time that "its normal", if I have a concern, they look into it and explain to me what's going on. They're even trying to figure out why my key fob won't work at my stepson's house. LOL
I also have on board a local guy who does any non-warranty work that may need to be done. He's cheaper than the dealerships and I believe is even Harley certified (but don't quote me on that part). He does come HIGHLY recommended.
