can you put a 21 inch front wheel on a 1993 xl1200 without modifying or changing front fender?

 

Yes. Although the rim is a bigger diameter than the 19" OEM wheel, the 21" rim will be fitted with a tire that has asmaller sidwall allowing the 21" rim& tire to fit under thefront fender without any modifications.

 

I did it on my 2004 Roadster and still thinking about lowering the front fender.
