Default Sporty go Bye-Bye

Well, I decided to trade in the Sporty on a Street Glide. I love the Sportster, but after a day on a rented Street Glide my affections have turned toward another...

I'll still stop by from time to time, and I love the passion Sportster owners have for their bikes. It is second to none. But I've wandered off into bagger land. Is there any hope for me?

P.S. I've still got my 72 Sportster, so I haven't abandoned you completely.

Enjoy the new bike!!

I've ridden Street Glides quite a bit, and they are nice.

If (or should I say when) I decide I need to pick up another bike, no doubt it will be a Street Glide.

In Vivid Black of course.

You are not trading the Sportster for the stereo system, are you?
Either SG or RK will be my second choice, good luck with yours.

Enjoy and don't feel bad. I was looking at a 2007 Softail Heritage Classic this weekend.

So many bikes, so little time. Ride all of them you can while you can

Street Glide is a sweet bike. A good friend of mine has one, I've rode it a couple of times.

I just sold my 2000 Sporty this past December. I miss it somtimes but we all have to move on.
I picked up a 2002 Electraglide Standard. I dropped the rear 11/2 inches and I'm looking into a nine or eight inch windshield.
My wife and I love the new ride. Man what a difference on long rides. She does'nt want to get off now. And that's a good thing.
The Sporty we both felt a little beat up after long rides.
INJOY MAN & HAVE FUN!
