hope this is the right people for some help. I have the following issue and i'll appreciate some guidance if possible.

I had my Harley Iron 883 stopped for longtime so the battery was empty. I've removed the battery and charged it but without removing first the main fuse. Now i have the problem that after reinstalling the battery and connecting the main fuse again the alarm goes on and doesn't stop.

Is there anyway to face this problem?

Is the fob close by with a good battery in it?

 

Yes its close.

 

Have you tried putting OFF/RUN switch to RUN?

 

Yes. The problem is that when i install the fuse and alarm goes on , even if i switch to run thesirem continues

 

Is your bike keyless?

I have removed the main fuse from my bike but the battery was good. My bike is keyless and I had to put OFF/RUN to RUN before pulling the fuse.

Now what I can't remember is if I left the switch to RUN when I put the fuse back in.
