I've got stock NightTrain drags on mine, with 6.5 inch pullbacks......... LOVELOVELOVE the combo....... And, imho, looks awesome with my peanut tank.

And stock cables work just fine.

Thanks for the info bro. I do have mids, and wanted to get a bit racier but without going to far, me thinks that I will be ordering some new bars.

Get braided cables they are worth the extra money IMO...

The dumb part about buying bars especially drags is that the actual bars are the least expensive part (at least it was for me, 28$) the rest of the 500$ was spent on cables and labor. Will you be doing them or will the dealer?

Well I just remembered you had a nightster, and im not entirely sure they have black ones, i'd stay with the black, unless your not going to black out your nightster, I dont think theres any pros to having braided cables, except theres no more rubber coverings on the top of the wires near the housings that you hafta replace when they crack

I splooged the extra 75$ on the three main cables on the bars cause I thought they looked cool

If you do go for them dont buy them from HD they're way more expensive than Drag Specialties (I think) where the dealer got mine
