Does anybody know if you can wire up the digital gauge from the new street bobs on a Sportster? SB gauge has a a 4 pin connector and the sporty has a 12, has anybody done this and had it work or am I just wasting my time?
Yea, but I'd rather have the street Bob low pro speedo. Which I bought, decided to just say screw it and tear right in, and it works. Only issue now is the VIN err message. So new question, anybody ever been able to delete the VIN err code with any success?
The sportster has a digital gauge that can be bought through the dealer that will plug right in. I want to say it's about 330
Can you share part number of that model?
I'm also super interested to know if this swap with the streetbob gauge is possible. I'm asking the same in spanish forums. Whoever finds the solution first share it here please!

Thanks for sharing. Actually this seems pretty similar (and also in terms of features) to the XL1200CX roadster (2017-UP) so I see it easily compatible. However the one in the new streetbob has new features like gas level indicator for example.
Were the connectors of this model 100% compatible with the sportster ones?

I can see that the speedo itself only requires 4 wires, 2014 and up as it is CAN but then what are you doing with the indicator (idiot) lamps?
I put that digital speedo/tach on my 2011 and really like it. It will do gas level, but you have to buy and install a separate sending unit in the tank. I didn't bother when I installed mine.
