Is this oil leak on the cilinder head cover bolt? or ic could be cuz i put little bit too much oil on last oil change?i didnt noticed it until now it is not leaking or anithing like that it is just greasy other bolts are clean

Seriously ? If that's all you've got to worry about you must be living in paradise . It's a tiny bit of seepage coming through one of the fibre seals .

im new in harleys i just wanted to make sure its nothing major thanks for answer.

Normal seepage, that wrinkly finish Harley uses makes it look worse.

Maybe it vibrated out of spec. You could maybe clean it up and tighten it back down to the correct torque spec to see if that's what was causing the seepage.
I believe the torque setting for the rocker box bolts is 10-13 foot pounds.
