2014 Sportster bcm
Hello everyone, I need some help with a 2014 Sportster super low 883. I bought this bike as a salvage to rebuild. I did not receive a key fob or security pin. I have called a two different dealerships and talked to service reps on my options. They were both clueless in what it would take to get this bike to run. Right away they said they needed a pin or old fob to be able to program it. They both wanted me to bring it in so they could hook it up to see what they could do. But said it was unlikely they would be able to do anything. I ask if I should just get a new bcm, but that still stumped them if it would work or not. I don't want to bring it in just so they can charge me labor to unless they are sure they can get it programmed. I am sure this isn't the first Harley to need this done with repos, wrecked bikes, etc. Has any one had any experience like this?
Thanks
