Default Big Dog Motorcycles

Hey, what do you guys think of these bikes:

http://www.bdm.com/

They are...aggresively styled.

I think that If I was gonna spend that type of money I would prefer a rolling chasis and make something I could call my own.

I know a few people who owned Big Dogs. They certainly had their share of headaches with them. I have a buddy that worked a while as a wrench at a BD dealer. He said he wouldn't own one.

Like what was said above, if I was to spend that kind of money I would want to build it myself or have some indy build me my bike.

If I am going to spend that much dough, I don't want to pull up to a light and see some other guy on my exact same bike.

I am not that big a fan of the long chopper look, although the 08 Softie Rocker is kinda cool.

Everybody has their own opinion - i'll throw mine in there

I would love to own one, not for the everyday ride, but hell if you got the money, by all means.

Not everybody can build their own, so the select few must buy ready to go.

I have no problem with a guy buying a McChopper. I just wouldn't buy a Big Dog based on the problems that I have heard others having out of them.
