Default O2 sensor stuck

So my o2 sensor is stuck to an adapter, it didn't fit in the exhaust I installed so it came with an adapter for it but now that I too it off it came out with the adapter and can't get it off. Any suggestions on how I can't remove it?

Try reinstalling the sensor and adapter, start the bike and ride it till the exhaust is good and hot, then remove it, usually a little heat gets things to loosen up.

if you have a torch, you could heat the adapter and remove it that way as well.

It can’t be stuck if it’s a liquid

Put it in a vise and turn out the sensor. Obviously don’t destroy the threads of the adapter unless you have another.

Well i tried wd40, a torch, heating it on the exhaust and the thing is just stuck in there. Got frustrated and used too much force and broke it lol, well there goes 50 bucks down the drain idk why it was stuck so hard since it had only been there for a couple hundred miles but oh well. Thanks for the suggestions .

When you install the new one use anti seize on the threads and it will come out easier next time.

On the O2 sensor not adaptor else it will come out as one piece again.

You could try putting flats on the round disc for holding in a vice if it happens again.
