Default Convert stock blinkers to running and break lights?

Is it possible and if so how would I go about converting my stock bullet blinker lights into running and break light? Where I'm located turn signals aren't required but break lights are. I'm bobbing my rear fender and want to get rid of the big tail light. Bikes a 2015 sportster super low.

EZ install, just make sure to change the rear lens to red.

I did the same thing but when out in sunlight the lights get only slightly brighter when the brake is applied, I just wasn't confident that someone behind me would notice the difference so I added a LED strip light in the center that lights up really bright when the brake is on.
I used a generic LED strip but you can get the under fender light like what was on the Nightster if you want to spend a few extra bucks.

WTF are you guys talking about? I turned My rear blinkers only to R/B/T and there's a significant difference in brightness and being noticed.

Wow, just for a change the OEM H D part is cheaper than the 3rd party part and is a complete kit.

"Convert stock blinkers to running and break lights?"

Appears as though the op was asking about converting, then breaking the lights wan't he?
