Mid/Forward Control Swap and Compatability

Hey all- I have a 2019 iron 1200 with mid controls. Someone reached out to me and wants to swap his forward controls from his 2015 48. Does anyone know if the swap is possible and compatible? Or should I reach out to Harley directly?
