Does anyone know if a 2019 48 tank will fit on my 2015 48 ? Please and thank you

Yep; part number and microfiche and the fact that this peanut-style gastank is the main design feature of the bike suggests you’ll be good.
I also happen to store my own 2015 Peanut style gas-tank. It’s completely un-marked or damaged & for sale! I wanted to keep this tank as per factory, but change what was on my bike so I bought a second hand one from a guy swapping his peanut tank, up to a larger 3.3 gal tank. I took his peanut tank and then my own free choice of Harley graphic & new paint professionally finished.
If Matt you’re in the United Kingdom ( AND for that matter anyone else who wants to BUY a Peanut tank) then perhaps private message me about buying my tank for your mate. If you are in the USA I think shipping costs would prevent a sale worthwhile for us both. It’s literally sat here boxed and shelved. One thing though, you will need to transfer the integrated fuel pump & filter you have in his current into mine. My one is in my new tank on my bike.
The transfer is easy but take your time and go gently pulling the pump carefully out at 90 degrees but slowly moving to a final angle of around 30/45 degrees. “Try not to touch the sides”!! Careful also with the special green sealing ring (or it might be red can’t recall) but regrease and use again. Don’t overtighten the bolts. Torque settings - you’ll have to look up.
