2018 Iron 1200 unsteady acceleration
Hey guys,
This is my first post as a first time Harley owner. I recently purchased a stock Iron 1200 and have been putting a little work into it lately to bring it up to speed. I installed an Arlen Ness big sucker, V&H shortshots with standard baffle, and the FP3 tuner. I was hoping installing the map for the shortshots would help fix some of the issues I was having, mostly dealing with slow acceleration and steady throttle at low speeds (driving through neighborhoods/school zones at 20-30 mph in 1st-3rd gear). When I'm accelerating quickly through the gears I don't notice any issues. I haven't gotten to ride on the interstate to see if it occurs in higher gears or at higher speeds yet, but I wouldn't be surprised.
I'm just trying to get an idea of what I need to be looking at, whether it be tune or throttle adjustment. I haven't got much mechanical knowledge so I have no idea where to start, but I'd like to get it sorted ASAP so I can enjoy a smooth ride on my new baby!!
My apologies if this question has already been addressed in another thread. I haven't figured out how to navigate the site just yet. So thank you in advance for the input and help!

Does it sound like something common with Harley's, or even just Sportsters, or more like a tuning thing? I'm not even sure what map I would try, honestly.

So I changed the map, and that definitely helped a bit. I also installed the DK TTIs yesterday, which helped the sound and smoothness. Today, however, I noticed through the FP3 sensor screen that my O2 sensors are reading very different numbers on accel. One is reading .8-.9 while the other is reading .0-.1. I know this means one is rich and one is lean, but is that normal? Is there a way to clean them to ensure they are getting accurate readings? Thanks guys!
