Baker makes a 6-speed gearset for the Sportster/Buell bikes, but the cost is around $2,200.

Why not play with your sprockets??? I just put a 30 tooth belt pully on mine and it made a world of difference from the 27 tooth i started with. You can also do a smaller pully on the rear wheel, or change the sprockets in the primary.
Otherwise as mentioned before, you got the baker tranny set if you wanna throw your money away.

Just do like the rest of us do (well, the one's that don't do 90 in 3rd gear). Keep trying to find that 6th gear around 70 - 80. I'm certain, if I keep searching for it......one day the bitch will go into 6th gear.
